Hey all - just last night, PC-cillin 2007 started giving me an error message that reads:

"An error prevented your security software from accessing the Internet. Make sure that you are connected to the Internet."

This only happens when I try to update the virus pattens. PC-cillin is the only firewall I have running, but is it possible it could be blocking itself? I've tried a number of things but still can't get it to connect. Is this a problem with my computer/Internet settings, or is this perhaps a server issue on their end?

As always, I appreciate your input.

I believe this is a bug with PC-cillin try their support forum ;)

Have you tried again by turning-off the PC. If the settings are not changed, it could be the problem with PC-cillin
