Can't synchronization in windows mobile 5.0 with ActiveSyn..

Can't synchronization in windows mobile 5.0 with ActiveSync 4.0.

Always get this error msg :
"Synchronization cannot be completed successfully. Reconnect your
device and connect try again. If the problem presists, see the
Microsoft ActiveSync Troubleshooter in Microsoft ActiveSync Help on
your desktop computer."
But i can sync for device wince 4.21 with activesync 4.0.
Hope anyone can help me resolve this. Thanks.

Which device are you trying to sync with ActiveSync 4.0 that does not work?

We develop our own device. My desktop pc with OS Windows XP Pro SP2.
Firewall off.

This error msg popup and Partnership dialog box never show up.
But I can explore files on device via activesync 4.0 on my desktop pc.

If you are developing your own device you should contact Microsoft
directly - I am sure they have something in place for the OEM and ODM.
