Hey all, im a gamer lookin for a good antivirus, somthing that doesnt take tons of resources and require my aproval for every webpage, omg ca personal firewall is driving me crazy with aproval for everysite.

Anyways ive used norton for years and im thinking about that but i wanted to see if there was somthing better before i plunk down my cold hard cash.

Thanks,

I use 2 programs on different computers. I use Windows Live One Care on 3 of my PC's with 32 bit windows xp and I use Panda Antivirus on the 64 bit. I like Panda because it doesn't kill my resources but it doesn't have the firewall. One Care is really good, but it requires a yearly fee. But I can live with it because it's such a good program that doesn't require me to babysit it day and night.

I prefer AVG. Its the best anti virus software. Moreover its free. Even Microsoft is making AVG Anti-Virus 7 available via Windows Security Center as a Windows Vista security solution. So i would definitely recommend it.
