Add Internet Access to Network via Wireless Connection

Howdy folks,

OK, here's the deal. We have a rather expansive Gigabit ethernet network for some gear and a handful of computers at work. The network hardware is all Cisco unmanaged switches. We need to add internet access to the network for the computers, but getting those wheels spinning in a corporate environment is a, well, it's a giant PITA.

Our friendly neighborhood IT guy gave us unofficial permission to access one of the company's existing wireless networks. So, there we go. Simple, right?

Heh.

What device can we use to logon to the wireless network as a client and then pass internet traffic to the rest of the network as the Default Gateway? We need a standalone piece of hardware since we can't dedicate a computer to the task.

We were told to get a Linksys WAP55AG access point, but that won't work so it's going back.

We need something capable of being a Wireless Bridge instead of an access point, but everything I've read online recommends getting two of the same model or you won't get any support. Well, that's not going to happen. It pretty much has to be a one-sided login.

Basically, imagine you were trying to hookup two wired computers to a WiFi hotspot and neither one could have a wireless card in it.
