While using netscape for AOL I am browsing sears and get a Message" Please enter the Master password for the software security device" Is this a security issue with certificates? Or am I way off base. Please help. Bruce

First, I'd run your antivirus program and a couple of antispyware programs like Adaware and Spybot. Second, I would never give a password in response to an E Mail or pop up. You should always type the address into the address bar to get to the site then enter your log in and password.
