I have a Samsung i730 running Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition. The
Start Menu seems to be keeping track of the last 5 or so programs that
I've used. How do I disable this?

Jason,

I've yet to find where this is cached in the registry so I'm not sure how to
clear it. Likewise on the disabling. It is likely in ROM and is not
changable.

a third part Application, such as wisbar advance has the option to turn the
recent programs off (as well as other useful add-ons)

\HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Shell

Delete TaskSwitch Key (and all subkeys/values) and soft reset IMMEDIATELY
(don't even close your reg editor).
