Hi,
I've recently acquired a Ipaq 4150 and a USB Wireless Adapter (ie. not
an access point).

My PC has an ethernet connection to an NTL set top box giving me a
cable broadband internet connection.

I've been messing about trying to setup a wireless internet connection
from the ipaq without a lot of success. I did manage to get it to work
for a while but when I tried again it didn't work and I'm not sure
what I did to kick it into action.

I also can't see any of the shared PC drives from the ipaq.

Anyone got a good crib sheet I can follow?

You need to put the wireless adapter on the iPAQ into WORK mode.
Start|Settings|Connections. From here find your NIC (mine is under the
network cards icon) and switch it from INTERNET to WORK.
