how tomake full backup HP2210

i have HP 2210 with abiut 10% of the programs on the mean memory and
the rest on the CF card(1GB card) .
How i can make a full backup (totall image of the system .....every
thing the mean memory and the CF card stuff)
can anybody help me with info????? PLEASE drop email to me

The iPAQ h2210 should have Sprite Backup installed by default. It's
called iPAQ Backup, but in reality it's Sprite Software. I believe it
can do what the OP wants.

I've set it up (iPAQ Backup > Options) to exclude 3 things:
- iPAQ Backup Files (*.PBF)
- Log Files (*.LOG)
- Persistant Storage

I think the latter means the iPAQ File Storage, but I'm not sure if
memory cards are included in this definition.
