Does anyone know if there is a calculator program to emulate a scientific
calculator so I can graph the results of equations as well? Similar to the
ones students use at Uni?

SpaceTime is rather nice, but not cheap.

PDA Calc is a great program. It's a scientific calculator that's also
programmable.
and you can get versions for Win, PalmOS, PocketPC. It comes in different
varieties for your needs.
I use PDACalc Matrix version.

$79.95 for both the Win32 and PocketPC version of Matrix. For just the
PocketPC version it's $59.95.

These may seem steep but the programmability and built-in graphs make it a
snap to see your data in all
different ways. There are demo versions available, too so you can evaluate
it for yourself.

P.S. I have no connection with the company except for being a satisfied
customer.

google for POCKETPC CALCULATOR ...there are a number of calculators
available, including HP simulators, graphing, financial, etc, both free
and pricy.

There is a TI emulator also, but you need to own a TI and have a cable to
pull the ROM image onto your computer.

Have a look at Emu48, a freeware which emulates an HP48 :
