folder redirection

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.win2000.setup (More info?)

I’m trying to redirect the users desktop, application data, my documents,
start menu to their home directory on the server. When I open the Group
Police Editor for the domain, and edit the user settings, windows settings,
folder redirection. Everything is fine I apply the group policy but when I
log into the server and I go to my computer I see every ones home directory.
No just mine.

This is what I did.
EX:
Application data properties
Setting: Basic – redirect everyone’s folder to the same location

Target folder location
Create a folder for each user under the root path

Root path:
\\server name\home\
