Not quite. You will probably have to use a HEX editor on the ROM you
are installing to fool it into thinking you are installing an OS in
the same language as already on the machine. Change the string ENG to
CHI, or something like that. It's fairly straight forward. Google
around and you should find all you need.

True. But I'm not here to give detailed instructions, but to give useful
