I have choosed a USB Key CSP to submit a certificate request to MS CA.
It is observed that the certificate issued by CA can be automaticlly
stored in the USB key, when using the MS enrollment web, by the CSP
specified. As to me, this appear to be the result of cryptAPI(which
communicating with the CSP). Meanwhile, the CSP implementation(SPI)
doesn't specify the certificate relative operation or data transfering with
the
Hardware(USBkey).

As far as the MSDN is concerned, writing a CSP need to support only a list
of API(SPI). But they seem to have nothing to do with the
certificate(store). I wonder if there are something I missed in implementing
a CSP. Any information are wellcome.
Thanks a lot.
