I currently carry around an Axim X50, my cell phone, and my iPod. I'm
seriously thinking about replacing the first two items with the IPAQ 6315 (or
whatever the most current model is) that has its service via T-Mobile.

My cell phone is a Nokia 3995 or something like that. The model number is no
where on the exterior of the phone that I can see. I Have to charge it about
once a week. I use the phone maybe 2 or 3 times per day. More on the weekend.

The Axim gets charged for about an hour and a half each day, although it
really doesn't need it. By the end of the day the battery meter (SPB Pocket
Plus) is never below half way. This includes about a half hour of constant
use (Avant Go) in the morning, frequent mini-uses during the day (look up
contact, check calendar, Money entry, etc), and over an hour of constant use
(eReader Pro, auto scrolling) at night. It stays by me all night because it's
my wake up alarm. When I get up I put it in the charger and let it charge for
about an hour and a half before I sync and go back to work.

I know I would use it more during the day if I get the IPAQ to check my email
and such periodically throughout the day.

I'm curious as to the battery usage of this IPAQ.

If you own one, could you post the kind of usage yours gets? How much you use
both parts of the device, charge times, etc. Also, how does the phone portion
of this device work compared to a normal cell phone.

TIA
