ms dropped pocketaccess with the advent of the pocketpc... there are
several third party database apps that use cdb databases... google for
POCKETPC DATABASE

As Bev said, it is third party now. That means YES.

One to look at, if you want to build forms and apps on the PPC itself as
well as view CDBs is SprintDB. It has a lot of features, including a
scribble control, etc, quick to build, and very fast in execution. There
are other quality choices as well. It is commercial software, so expect it
to put you back around $25 or so.

But if you only want to manipulate the CDB then there are some free
alternatives out there, with quality varying. For starters, check out this
one (and search for others, both on this site and google, as Bev suggested).
