Hi,

For anyone who's having a problem with new Exchange accounts not
logging on to Outlook web access (OWA) on first logon. (works fine
after first login has been achieved)and just repeatedly getting the
logon box as if your password is wrong...here's the solution:

Group policy key "Disable external branding of internet explorer" in
User -> admin templates -> windows components -> internet explorer
needs to be set to disabled.

For some reason this only seems to affect our machines if used in
conjunction with folder redirection. turn either off and the problem is
solved.

hope this helps someone.

Matt.

please note this is only within Internet Explorer 6. Works fine in
firefox regardless of settings.
