Server crashes

We have been having problems at about the same time every day with the server hanging and have to press the reset.
Four domain controllers, a file server, a print server, applications (not hard worked) and one for odd jobs, the student and
staff wallpaper is held on the file server. As the workstations were hanging and we thought it was access to the wallpaper
that was causing the workstations to hang when the server went down, we put the wallpaper on another server. At the same time
the next day, the server with the wallpaper went down, with the same effect on the network.
The wallpaper is an HTML page with an information ticker running at the bottom.
Ok we can just forget the wallpaper and load a windows default one, but it's nice to show the school one, any clue as to why
it should crash? is it because about 150 / 200 users are accessing it and the wallpaper has to be drawn, even if its not on
show at the time?
This never used to happen with our old cheap server, bur since we went to an Intel board, twin 2.6 Xenon's and a RAID 50 with
2 gig of ram to replace our old Asus with twin 2.4 Xenon's and a RAID 5 with 1gig of ram both with 1 gig network cards.
