I have set up the defualt profile that a user will receive by going to a
branch and copy a profile to Default User. I have to do this on every
machine in the branch. Is there a way to create a default profile and store
it on the file server in the branch? What if I have multiple defualt
profiles for different machines in the same location with multiple servers?
Also is there a way to configure outlook so the user doesn't have to enter
the exchange information to run. I would like to automate this if possible?
The less the user has to do the better? Right now I have to go out and set
up a profile for every user on ever computer at a location and with the
amount of movemnet its a pretty daunting task.

Hello George,

Thank you for using newsgroup!

From your post, you can create a default user profile and store it on the
shared folder of server, and then the Default User profile will be used to
create new Roaming Profiles. You can assign profile paths in Active
Directory users. The following is information on creating Default user
profiles.

Creating a Default User Profile
=====================
Setting up a default profile for new users will work as long as the user
has not already logged into the network and established a profile on the
workstation (local profile) or on the domain (roaming profile).

When a user logs into a system, the SID of the user account is used to load
a user's profile.

2000 domain environment, please refer to the following articles:

Regarding the question "Also is there a way to configure outlook so the
user doesn't have to enter the exchange information to run." I suggest you
