entry point for PrintDlgExW could not be located in comdlg..

Hello,

i have 2 Windows 2000AS SP4 Terminal Server with the following apps
installed: Legato networker client, virusscan 7.1, Winzip, Acrobat reader,
office XP, Visual Studio 6, Recon 5.2 and 7.1

On one server some users (not all) get an error when trying to start the
published application Recon 5.2: regedit.exe - Entry Point Not Found "The
procedure entry point PrintDlgExW could not be located in the dynamic link
library comdlg32.dll"
Regedit.exe version is 5.0.2195.6707

I searched Google but could not find useful information about how to solve
it. I know the Common Dialog functions in comdlg32.dll provide a standard set
of Windows dialog boxes for operations such as opening, saving, and printing
files.
But why does the error appear? Any help help is highly appreciated.
