I have 3 destop computers running Windows 2000 Pro. and a laptop running
Windows XP Pro. Two of the desktops (mine and my wife's) are connected to a
Linksys wireless router (WRT54GS) via ethernet cable. The 3rd destop that I
use as a test machine, and the laptop have wireless network cards installed.
I have been running this small network for months now using WEP security on
the router/AP and the wireless cards because WPA and WPA2 aren't supported by
Windows 2000.

I would like to know if anyone else has found an acceptable way of
implementing WPA on Windows 2000 that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Linksys
suggests a product named Odyssey from Funk software but that costs $50 per
client license and I would need at least two licenses.

Does someone else out there have a good and cheap answer for this problem?
