Has anyone encounted such a problem?

I bought a Toshiba TE2000 notebook with pre-installed Windows XP in 2002.
The product came with a CD containing two disks, 1/2 being Windows XP and 2/2
Windows 2000. The computer was crashed last week and I reinstalled
Windows2000 instead. Now I found the IIS is not included in the CD that was
published in 2001. Windows XP does have IIS but I didn't install this
product as I found the system has not been very stable. This is evident that
XP's SP 1&2 have been distributed.

Is there any recommended solution to fix this problem?
