I recently changed laptops to an HP 1680US. I have a wireless network that has an external Western Digital 160GB HD attached to via desktop CPU via USB.

I have both the WD HD and a shared folder mapped to my laptop. I can access the shared folder that is on the desktop with no problem. But everytime I try to wirelessly access the WD HD I get the following error.

Microsoft Windows Network error: Not enough server storage is available to process this command. The connection has not been restored.

If I physically connect to the Linksys, I don't get the error.

I have disabled all firewalls, virus protection and spyware, still get the same error.

I read about a potential IP stack error, that could be caused by Norton. I have modified the registry and increased the stack size, but the problem has not been resolved.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I have a Linksys WRTG54 and use Norton Internet Security 2006.
