Hi,
Lastweek I bought a notebook. It's serial number is seen in topic. While I am using it makes a disturbing noise like 'bizzzzz'. In Hp's offical web site they try to solve this problem by Bios updating. and I made this update operation but I still hear the noise.

Can anybody has any idea about this problem?

Can it be because of Intel CORE2DUO cpu's?

First of all; the HP's site that you provided a link says nothing about fixing a "bizzzz" sound, it says it fixes the unexpected beeping of the keyboard. It is possible that you have a failing or obstructed fan somewhere in you notebook and I urge you to call HP tech support and get them to fix it.
