For those of you looking for the article I mentioned on setting up VLANs, it's not written yet.

In the meantime, try this setup info for a Dell PowerConnect switch. The setup screens aren't exactly the same, but the basic concepts of assigning ports to MULTIPLE, OVERLAPPING VLANs are described.
