I would be using a Asus P5ND2-SLI!

Well, most any processor is worth overclocking, but the 915/945 can be O/Ced a great deal(even with stock voltage/cooling), and therefore realize some very nice improvements in performance. 4GHz is pretty much a shoe-in, and 4.2-4.3GHz can be attained with improved cooling/Vcore increase. Mind you, once the voltage is bumped up, they will consume more wattage and dissipate a lot of heat. Judging by your sig, you should already know this, and know what problems can be encountered...though the Presler-core P-D's are better than Smithfield(805). GL :)

1Tanker speaks the truth. Though unless you get one cheap, it isn't a huge upgrade from a D805 at 3.6Ghz.

Ok, thanks for the advice!

I understand that it won't be an excellent upgrade! Just thought i could use the 805 in my media center with a P5WD2 providing i get it for a good price!

YOU HAVE THE SAME MOTHERBOARD AS ME. JUST GET A CORE 2 E6300, IM SURE EVERYONES TOLD YOU THIS ALREADY. THE E6300 WILL BLOW OUT ANY PENTIUM D CPU. PLUS ITS VERY CHEAP.
