Hey

I'm looking for small handheld device with WXP or W2K. I live in Europe, and
it's quite hard to order it in USA. At the moment I have founded OQO and
Sony Vaio U series. Can anyone tell me other small computers that uses
windows and has about 1Ghz processor, 256 ram, 20 gb rom.

There are not many available, it is a new area. Look on
http://www.ultraportables.net/. And look for a local importer in your
country, it's easier than importing yourself.

Paul Allen's company.

I like this design better than the oqo because the screen is protected.
But windows was not made for these kinds of screens being the real
estate hog that it is.
So i can't imagine the experience being a good one.

I would, again, as the question - WHY do you need that specific of a
machine? What are the purposes that you're going to be using it for? AND
Do you fully understand that while a Pocket PC might be a cool thing to
use, it may not be the BEST solution? The BEST solution, regardless of
what that might be, MUST always trump the coolness factor. I suspect
that a Handheld PC may be more in lines of what your looking for.
Understand though that there is a difference between a Pocket PC and a
Handheld PC.

First of which is SIZE. I used an HP100LX for years before the first
palm pda came out. Although it was a wonderful device (for dos--I still
miss the builtin database application) it was just TOO BIG for a man to
have with him all the time. I tried all kinds of cases--belt, fannybag,
shoulder--but it was just too inconvenient. And invariably when I
needed it I didn't have it. And the HP100LX is smaller than the current
crop of handhelds pcs.
