How do I upgrade iPAQ 3630?

Compaq (now HP) stopped manufacturing the upgrade long ago... your
only hope is to find someone to sell you the upgrade (say, on eBay).

But there is to PPC2002, and as Rob has said, it is not manufactured anymore
for a long time. The only hope is to find someone selling it on eBay.
