Trying to upgrade Windows 98 second edition (4.10.2222.A) (downloaded most
recent upgrades this morning) to Windows 2000.

Does the preparing to install and the scan is almost complete when the
following error pops up to stay

The Program as caused an illegal page fault.

WINNT32 caused an invalid page fault in
module KERNEL32.DLL at 017f:bff88396.
