As an icon freak, I am spoiled by MacOS X's pretty icons like the ones
shown http://interfacelift.com/icons-win/ ... These icons only work on
Windows' desktop, but I would like to make it work in Windows XP's
classic Start Menu, system tray, and task bar (not QuickLaunch section).
Start Menu's subfolder and shortcut icons are tiny after selecting
Programs.

I know I can change the "Caption Buttons" size, but then other icons
will become too big like in Registry Editor (regedit), Device Manager, etc.

I am wondering if there are any add-ons/replacements that I should check
out? I prefer freeware/opensource programs. Thank you in advance. :)
