Is it possible to setup VPN (PPTP Server) on a system that has only 1 NIC
and connected to Internet??

In theory only one NIC would be enough to support even ipsec because you can
make a single NIC multihomed (several IP numbers). The only drawback is that
you cannot use DHCP then if I remember that right. How are you connected to
the inet ? (router, pppoe (e.g. dsl), telefone-modem, unknown lan
infrastructure ...) ?
