recently, i've setup a new rig with this specs:

Intel Pentium 4 630 3.0Ghz
MSI 945P Platinum
Kingston DDR2 533 CL4 512mb X 2
MSI NX6600GT Diamond
Maxtor 40Gb 7200rpm 8mb IDE
Western Digital 40gb 7200rpm 2mb IDE
Pioneer DVDROM
Lite-On CDRW
Power Logic Atrix-500T Power Supply

All works fine except when i do multitasking; i.e.opening Microsoft Word+Autocad 2004+Window Media Player simultaneously..my MP3s will sound choppy and slow in a moment and when i try to launch another app. will greatly decrease the speed entirely...all components temparature seem normal...
What's the problem?

Well , I have the same Mobo and Processor , the same pair of DDR Ram too , except for the Video Card I have a XFX 6600 card , well , Imho , the problem lies in this useless integrated realtek sound card , am considering buying an Audigy card very soon .
