Hi all,
First I want to say hi to all of yo hardware experts :D
Anyways, i'm planning to build a new comp, currently using laptop (tecra m2 2 gigs ccentrino, 1 gigs ram)

I will use this desktop for: programming (java, flash), graphics: photoshop, flash (80%), and maybe game (20%).
For display, I already have an 17 in LCD, looking for 2 more 19 in LCD, thus I need something support triple DVI outputs.

1. give a real budget, we all want to spend the least possible, but without a real budget its hard. 1,000...2,000....500.....? let me know a real budget.

2.Do some basic research on your own....bring a list of parts you want and i will give me opinion of them and mix and match to create something better if i can.

Everything looks good.

I assume you are getting the 6600GT's for the 3 Monitor support?

I would get a 400W enermax/FSP PSU...it will be a little more expsensive but more stable overall.

Other then that you are good to go.

yes, the dual 6600 is for 3 monitor, and for PSU, it will cost $5 more

btw, does my mother board support PATA? and 6600 support SLI mode?

Yes your board will supposrt PATA and 6600 SLI....i would say get this board and not the one you have listed....Its just something that i personally would trust more to last longer.

Its better to spend more on a PSU now then have to replace it and other blown up parts from it going out later.

nope....you can cross brands....but you can't cross cards like that
