microsoft published the patch for the above on the 13 July
and later on the 21 July published an updated document on
841373 pertaining to a Caveat found after the patch was
installed.

There is a hotfix to fix this Caveat, can anyone tell me
how I can get hold of that because to go through Microsoft
support is such a hassle.

Please help. Thank you.

Only source is MS. Just ask them for the patch via email
and they usually send you a url to it in return mail.

First link under 'Support:' on the

page. You will only have to pay if you ask for more than the
hotfix so don't ask them a question 'while you are there', OK?
It appears you'll have to log on to Windows Passport.
