WinNT4(SP6a). When I click on Launch.exe on my Kodak PhotoCD I get

LaunchCD.exe - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point Process32next could not be
located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll.

I couldn't locate a dll library update download web page for WinNT4 in
TechNet, so following a tip from a newsgroup thread of December 2003 (found
in Google) I downloaded the 'Microsoft Libraries' from

http://www.microsoft.com/windows98 [...] d/s_wufeat
ured/libraries/license.asp

The filename is SPEU.exe

So I executed SPEU.exe, then double-clicked on Launch.exe on the Kodak
PhotoCD -- same error as before.

I guess its called "dll hell"; something that's extint in WinXP. Any help
would be greatly appreciated.
