Platform4 just quits as soon as it loads, don't know if this has something to
do with running it under PPC 2003, since it was only released for 2002. Just
wondering... has anyone been able to fix this bug or, better still, know of an
alternative ACC player?

That'd be AAC (for Advanced Audio Coding), but iTunes, too.

woops.

This is what I'm looking for, but your site is down at the moment. Read the
spec via google's cache but can't download the file.

Thanks.

Site's fine. AOL (UKOL?) is the problem. Make that, was.
If still, use the "Problems? mailto:..." link you saw.

How much would that cost in the UK? Have a slooow dialup connection, and
don't want to download something that I may not be able to use due to my
budget! cheers.

$29.99. Only 726k.

When you click the folder to load a file and enter the file explorer make sure
the box below the equalizer reads FILES - LOAD - REPLACE and not RECORD.
Clicking the tape icon to the immediate right toggles between the two. I
obviously set it to record and than spent ten minutes trying to figure out why
it wouldn't play anything.... Hey, it's early.

Sounds good.
