I'm not sure if I am in the right group and if I am I apologize but I have an
Archos Jukebox Studio 20 MP3 Player. I am trying to connect it so I can
reformat it so I can use it with XP. When I right or left click on the
drive, "My Computer" stops responding. Any help you can give me would be
GREATLY appreiciated.

Were there any CDs that came with the mp3 player? Also, as painful as
this may sound, try refering to the manual.
