Why would you buy memory for your motherboard when you don't even know if it
will work with it. Wouldn't it have been wiser to ask this question first?

"RTFM" means "Read The >ahem< Fine Manual". There is no getting around
this and no way for us to answer the question for you; you need to read
the manual for your motherboard to answer your RAM questions. If your
computer is an OEM brand (HP, Compaq, Dell, etc.) then read the manual
that came with your computer. If you do not have a physical manual,
then the motherboard mftr. (or the OEM if applicable) will have the
manual and/or RAM requirements on their website.

About what? The above information says that your motherboard supports
PC2100 and that is apparently what you bought. If you are having a hard
time with this, take the machine to a professional computer repair shop
along with the RAM you bought and have them install it for you. There
is no shame in doing this.
