K7N2 Delta-ILSR

Anyone have ideas on how to get this board to wake up via PS2 or
USB????? This is the only board in my entire home network that won't
do it. Are there Bios Mods out there for this?? I have tried
everything in BIOS itself and XP Pro SP2 and still the same issue. I
have to go and power this system back up by pressing the power button.
I have downgraded the Bios to the first release and have worked my
way back up to the most recent V78. This Board may just see the door
to the GARBAGE. Below are system specs. Oh, and before I forget I
have contacted MSI and they have been NO HELP. This unfortunatly will
probably be my last MSI board.
