I am trying to find a low cost way of programming my IPAQ H5555. I was
looking in to Visual Basis but Visual Basic .net is to much

If you know VB, this is s snap to learn.

Note that the "official" platform for the PPC
is now .NET CF, but this still works fine, as
long as your end users don't mind installing
the runtime.
