OK Ive posted this question before but Im thinking
maybe I wasn't quite clear enough on it

I do CAD work for a living.... computer aided design.
As such dual cpu system are considered the best choice
for such work.

Having said that I sometimes need to do work at
home.... or try new things, etc.

What Im wondering is..... if I could put my PVR card
such as the Hauppauge 250 card in such a dual cpu
machine..... then keep the system in my home office
where it could serve dual purpose as a general use
computer and CAD computer and also as a PVR by using
the Media MVP unit to stream media into standard TVs in
other parts of the home.

Bottom line....I guess Im wondering if it best to
'centralize" a PVR computer.... or use a dedicated
computer setting right next to each TV?
