Is possible to pause a frame and create/save a still photo from Windows
Media Player or other software?

When you go to Moviemaker and all the frames are there how do you turn those
into photos?

Bottom right of the preview screen is a button with a camera on it, it will
take a snapshot of the current frame in view.
