Am receiving the following error message in 'event viewer'.

Source: Service Control Manager
Event ID: 7000

The ADS DVD Xpress service failed to start due to the following error. The
service cannot be started either because it is disabled or because it has no
enabled devices associated with it.

I had the device installed at one time, but uninstalled it (and all related
hardware) quite some time ago. In reviewing the program directory there is
no longer any reference to the device or it's related hardware. In reviewing
the registry there are several references to the device. Also, in reviewing
the 'services' area I find no reference.

How can I fully eliminate this references to this device to eliminate the
error?
