Sorry you haven't been successful. Verizon hates that I tell you this: but
it has (used to) taken up to 7 calls to find someone that will help with a
particular problem. This week, upgrade equipment for two smartphones to
650's, and because all HAD the old NA plan, they/we would not "accept" the
new charge for something that was previously included in their plan.
Smartphone brand X change to smartphone brand Y shouldn't trigger a change.
Reason with them, we haven't had any problems with it yet. To be fair, we
haven't had to do much then confirm no plan change as we did the esn change
to the Treo's. We must just ask nicely... but we do have an approach, and
it works for us. dr.
