When printing to a Canon iR2200 copier/printer from MS Word 2003 (Windows XP
Pro machine) the bullets appear as question marks. Any idea why this
happens and what the fix is? Any help appreciated.

Im not 100% but I know you can specify what the bullets look like. Sometimes mine act irratic in office XP but my numbering is worse than bullet points. Try double clicking one and see if you have accidentally specified a change. You may even be missing some part of office a reinstall or repair of office may help regardless. Probably this will reset the defaults. I have not got 2003 ve rso cant guarentee anything. Also find your normal.dot (default document template) and rename it to normal.dot.old and move it out the way somewhere such as your desktop. Word should create a new one but you will have to change any defaults back if they have been customised.

Try looking in tools and options to see if there is anything that jumps out at you. My menu will not be the same as yours so I can not specify here. You can also find out where your templates are stored by looking in file location tab thas way aswell.
