O/C in Windows

I just found some interesting things under the thread "Please Help". Rick Criswell wrote that a program named Soft FSB could overclock (change your fsb) your CPU directly under windows. I tried this but this program didn't support my mobo. (Intel 440BX) I was woundering if any of you "smart" guys with a lot of ovclking experience could test this program and see if it works... I copy Ricks words just so you can read it for your self...

"first you need to run Sisoft Sandra. dont know the url but can be found with a easy search. this will identify your clock generator. then you need Soft FSB (front side bus)
