Windows time server has a wrong time zone for Jerusalem. It screws up my
time with every synchronisation. CAN SOMEBODY FIX THAT?!?!?!?

The point is that it also gives wrong time for other places! My office is in
USA, and times in outlook are wrong, I can't plan online meetings and phone
calls properly!!

Is the correct time zone set in Outlook (Tools|options|preferences
tab|calendar options|time zone)? Is Jerusalem not GMT+2?

Yes, it is correct. In fact, when oyu select Time Zone for Jerusalem it tells
you +2, but in fact it gives you +1. This is happening since daylight time
change.

Same works for newest product, Microsoft Time Zone. Although it says +2,
gives +1.

Try. Set up your clock on Jerusalem Time and then check real time on

UTC +/- Time Zone difference +/- Daylight Saving adjustment.

Yes, but there is no Daylight Saving adjustment in Time Zone tab in Date and
Time? At least not in my Win XP SP2
