I'm looking for a good smart phone that'll nicely synch up with Outlook that runs on GSM/GPRS networks, but also have Wifi capabilities so that when I'm on campus, I can use it to surf the web without having to pay rediculous data fees. Anyone know of a phone that'll do this for me?

All smartphones will sync with Outlook, but if you really want the best Microsoft connectivity you would probabably be best with a Windows Media smartphone. Popular ones include the Audiovox SMT5600 and the one that just came out i-mate SP5. There are tons of new smart phones coming out in the next few months however, I have links to a few of them here:
