Usenet is unfortunately full of them. Normall I don't feed the trolls, but
his post reminded me of these guys that would stand in front of a fire
control radar for a few seconds before going out on the town for the
weekend. They believed it would make them sterile. Unfortunately, one person
stood in front of it for two long and was seriously damaged. I've seen what
50KW can do, and I'm not that worried about a couple hundred mW.
