Did anyone have this problem before ?

Click on VERSAMail icon on my TREO 650 and the set will restart by
itself.
I had set up my pacific internet email account on it.

Please help.......Tx

Hello Mike,

This is Kevin from palmOne. This could be happening because one of your
VersaMail databases has become corrupt. You can find a solution for
this in the palmOne Knowledge Library article "VersaMail crashes or
resets Treo 650" at
http://www.palmone.com/cgi-bin/cso_kbURL.cgi?ID=36541

If you have a Sprint or an Unlocked GSM Treo 650, there is an update
that heightens stability and adds improvements to VersaMail. You can
locate them from http://www.palmone.com/us/support/. An upgrade for
Cingular is pending.

Do you have an approximate ETA on the Cingular update? Will it include the
updated carkit stuff that was in the Sprint update (which apparently wasn't
in the unlocked GSM update)?

Unfortunately, I am not made aware of update releases or their contents
until the actual release date. Best I can sat at this point is to keep
an eye on the Treo 650 Support page, as it will be announced there

Unfortunately, the only mention of a full firmware update is in the FAQ
for the Voicemail update, where it mentions that this one will be
"later this year".
