does anyone had problems with eurocom cougar?
we bought a brand new laptop from eurocom configuration below:

and we just facing problems, as eg. bluthoot not working, sreen resolution not good and not as it must be, continuos crashes of the system....just for you to know, support from eurocom tell us to solve our problems using microsoft troubleshooting...this is because we spend something like 3500 $ for the pc...
if anyone can help us.
