Archived from groups: comp.sys.palmtops.pilot (More info?)

hi all,
since I installed Documents to Go 7 Premium (7.003) Word doesn't start properly
and asks to be ran on "safe mode" (because having to "recover" some document
which it has not). I know it sound vage but not being an expert maybe it rings
a bell with someone more experienced.

I'm in an XP OS with Office XP and a Treo600 smartphone with 0S 5.
I reeinstalled Office XP but it keeps prefering "safe mode" and gives no other
chance.
